Try our laundry and dishwasher sheets for 30 days

MamaWillow laundry detergent sheets and dishwasher sheets come with our 30-day money-back promise, starting when you receive them. You can try them in your everyday routine. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within those 30 days. We’ll refund the purchase price of the affected sheets and personally explain the next steps. An opened pack does not exclude you from this promise.

Orders placed up to and including 6 October 2026 keep the 60 days promised at the time of purchase.

30-day voluntary returns for other products

You may return other MamaWillow products within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. You pay the direct return shipping costs. These conditions apply only to our voluntary return offer and do not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

How to return an item

  1. Send us your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
  2. We’ll provide the correct return address and next steps. Contacting us first helps us process the return; statutory withdrawal does not require our approval.
  3. Pack any return carefully and keep your proof of postage. Refunds use your original payment method.

Received a damaged, incorrect or defective item? Please contact us. We cover the necessary return costs for valid statutory defect claims. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. For a single order delivered separately, it starts when the last item is received; for a contract for regular delivery of goods over a defined period, it starts when the first item is received.

To withdraw, send a clear statement, for example by email or letter, to Richstem Ecom GmbH, Ring 233, 8230 Hartberg, Austria; hi@mamawillow.com. You may use the optional model form below. Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.

What happens after withdrawal

We will refund all payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method you chose are not refundable. We use your original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no refund fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. Posting them before the deadline is sufficient. You pay the direct return costs. You are responsible only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging or an unopened condition are not general requirements for statutory withdrawal.

What about subscriptions?

You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription in your customer account. To avoid the next charge, make the change before the scheduled renewal. Fixed delivery intervals are: trial pack every month, family pack every 2 months and sharing pack every 6 months. Your price and delivery frequency are displayed when you purchase. Cancellation stops future deliveries; your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights and our money-back promise remain unaffected.
