Subscription terms and price comparison

Your laundry routine, with a delivery schedule that works for you. These terms describe the MamaWillow laundry subscription for the Trial, Family and Sharing bundles.

Your subscription and delivery schedule

A subscription means recurring orders, rather than a one-time purchase. Choose your bundle and quantity before ordering. Each bundle has a fixed delivery interval: the Trial bundle arrives every month, the Family bundle every two months and the Sharing bundle every six months. Each delivery contains the selected quantity of the bundle. Payment is taken per delivery using the payment method authorised at checkout; this is not a prepaid subscription.

The price per delivery and your chosen interval are shown when you select the subscription and at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Dispatch takes place within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Duration and cancellation

Your subscription continues at the selected interval until you cancel it. This laundry subscription has no minimum number of paid renewals. You can cancel future deliveries in your customer portal or contact hi@mamawillow.com. Cancel before the next scheduled payment to stop that renewal. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an order already processed; your statutory withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Skipping and pausing

You can skip upcoming deliveries or pause your subscription in the customer portal. The current portal allows up to two consecutive skips and pauses of one, two or three months. For a longer break, contact us or cancel your subscription. During the selected pause, scheduled subscription payments and deliveries are suspended. The portal shows when your subscription resumes. Please review that date: resuming after a scheduled payment date has passed can trigger payment for the next order.

Prices and total savings

The percentage marked “total savings” compares the subscription product price with buying the same number of individual packs at the regular one-time price of €24.95 per pack. It includes both the bundle advantage and the subscription discount; it is not an additional discount on the current bundle price. Shipping charges are excluded from this comparison. Displayed whole percentages are rounded down.

At the time of this offer, the monthly Trial bundle has no extra subscription discount on its bundle price. The Family bundle delivered every two months has a 10.03% subscription discount, and the Sharing bundle delivered every six months has a 15.02% subscription discount. Shopify rounds the resulting product prices to cents. The price and the fixed delivery interval for your bundle shown at checkout apply to your order.

Current subscription prices: Trial bundle with one pack for €19.90 every month, Family bundle with three packs for €35.90 every two months and Sharing bundle with eight packs for €59.40 every six months. Compared with €24.95 per individually purchased pack, the displayed total savings are 20%, 52% and 70%. The corresponding one-time bundle prices are €19.90, €39.90 and €69.90.

Returns and your rights

Your statutory withdrawal rights, warranty rights and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by the subscription or its cancellation.
