We want you to love our products. But in the unlikely event that you don’t, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
- How it works: Send us an email at hi@mamawillow.com and we’ll guide you through the return process.
- Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note: shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
Subscription Policy
Our subscriptions are designed to make life easier — choose the pack size that works best for you and never worry about running out.
Managing Your Subscription
- You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Simply log in to your customer account or contact us at hi@mamawillow.com for help.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions are billed monthly.
- To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel before your renewal date.
- Once a renewal has been processed, that month’s order can’t be refunded if it has already shipped.
Flexibility
- You can switch between subscription sizes (e.g., from 2-pack to 4+2-pack) at any time.
- Need to skip a month? No problem — just pause or skip your subscription in your account.
